Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, such as hosting, analytics, email, and call tracking providers, and when the law requires it.

Grow Command Center and Google user data

Grow Command Center is an internal tool used only by the Grow Marketing & Consulting LLC team. It signs in with Google accounts that belong to the Grow team and uses the Google Ads API.

• What it accesses. Google Ads data for accounts Grow is authorized to manage, including campaign settings, keywords, search terms, ads, and performance metrics, plus keyword and search volume data from Google’s keyword planning services.
• How it is used. Only to manage, optimize, and report on those accounts and to plan campaigns for clients and prospects.
• How it is stored. In Google Sheets and Google BigQuery inside Google accounts controlled by Grow, with access limited to the Grow team.
• How it is shared. Portions of account data are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate analysis and recommendations for the Grow team. Reports and account data are shared only with the client the account belongs to and parties that client has authorized. This data is never sold and is never used for advertising to anyone.
• How to have it removed. Email john@growmarketingco.com to request deletion of data related to your account.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we limit access to the people who need it to do their work.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing john@growmarketingco.com. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
